You can delete your DayLeap account directly inside the app from the account screen. This page exists as a support fallback if you cannot access the app.
Use the subject line: DayLeap account deletion request.
Send it from the email address associated with your DayLeap sign-in if possible.
If you cannot access that inbox, include the email address tied to your DayLeap account.
What we delete
Your Firestore user document, including starter credits, plan status, and usage counters.
Your linked account data used for sign-in.
Any app-side account metadata stored on our servers.
What may remain temporarily
Backups and logs may be retained for a limited period for security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. We may also retain a minimal anti-abuse marker so the starter credit pack is not granted again after the same sign-in identity recreates an account.
