These Terms of Use govern your use of DayLeap. By using the app, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Service

DayLeap creates suggestions for short city experiences and day plans. Plans, places, opening information, routes, and practical tips may change or be incomplete. Check current conditions, availability, safety, and travel requirements before relying on a suggestion.

2. Accounts

You may use limited app functionality without an account. When signing in, you are responsible for maintaining access to your sign-in account and for activity associated with your DayLeap account.

3. Subscriptions and purchases

DayLeap may offer paid access plans through Apple App Store, Google Play, or Stripe Checkout on the web. Available products, local prices, billing periods, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are displayed and managed through the payment provider used for the purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your store account or the Stripe customer portal before renewal.
Canceling stops future renewal; access remains available until the end of the paid period unless the store states otherwise.
Restore Purchases may be used in the app to recover qualifying store purchases; web subscriptions can be managed through the Stripe customer portal.
Refund requests are handled under the applicable Apple App Store, Google Play, or Stripe/web support process.

4. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation of the service, or use automated methods to consume the service in a way that harms availability for other users.

5. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features of DayLeap. We may also update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The updated effective date will appear above.
